Adam is an athlete, with roots in soccer dating back to when he was a child growing up in Turkey. For the last 15 years, he has trained in Brazilian Jiu jitsu, Muay Thai and mixed martial arts. He earned his black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Professor Sergio Pimentel . He has over 5 years of experience teaching both children and adult martial arts classes. In addition to his martial arts expertise, Adam is the owner and operator of Advanced Therapeutic Massage, LLC, and is a Maryland Certified Massage Practitioner specializing in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Tissue, Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release Techniques. Adam has been a Maryland native for over 25 years and is a graduate of the Baltimore County Community College, where he excelled in a 832-hour program, finishing with straights A’s. Adam combines his athletic experiences with his massage therapy skills to provide an advanced level of athletic-based work and providing an essential tole in injury prevention and rehabilitation. He also enjoys educating his clients on how to keep their bodies able to perform at their highest levels. He enjoys helping clients, old or young, reaching achieve health, wellness, and balance through therapeutic massage.
