Welcome to Team Pimentel BJJ & MMA (veteran owned and operated) located in Forest Hills, Maryland. We offer classes for men, women and children of all ages, fitness, and experience levels so we have something for everybody from hobbyist to professional fighters.  This 3,000 square foot facility is equipped with a two large separate Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Mats, Muay Thai section with bags, spacious workout area, dressing rooms, and two bathrooms. Team Pimentel merchandise is available from Gi’s, rash guards, shorts, shirts, hats, Gi patches, and stickers. There is a spectator section to watch all classes that are in progress.  

Training Area

 The training area is over 1,600 square feet of open mat training area. The mats are very unique and high-quality, able to withstand heavy impacts. They start with a layer of polyethylene closed-cell foam, topped with high-quality wrestling mats, and then are covered with a 20-ounce white vinyl tarp. These unique tarps make our facility the ideal place for practicing, drilling and learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or any martial arts. Having two separate training mats giving the trainees a feel for a tournament style mindset. We clean the mats several times a day ensuring the area is an extremely clean training facility. Professor Sergio invested in very high quality equipment because safety and comfort is most important to him.  Come visit us, tour our academy, and take our free 3-day trial.
